1. Provider and scope
Rent Boat Marbella is a trade name of Bulgarian Business Management Company EOOD (Tax ID N0396825B), with a mooring in Puerto Banús, 29660 Marbella (Málaga), Spain · info@rentboatmarbella.com · +33 7 67 12 63 60. These terms govern the booking of our private skippered boat charter aboard the De Antonio D50, departing from Puerto Banús. Full identification details are provided in the Legal Notice.
2. Bookings and confirmation
Bookings are requested via the website, phone or WhatsApp and are confirmed once the agreed amount or deposit is paid. By booking, the client confirms they are of legal age and accept these terms.
3. Prices and payment
Published prices (from €1,200 for 2 h, €1,800 for 4 h and €3,000 for a full day) include the skipper, fuel for the standard route, swimming equipment and VAT. Optional extras (catering, decoration, longer routes such as Gibraltar) are quoted separately. The price is per boat, not per person, for up to 10 guests.
4. Cancellations and refunds
The client may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, with a full refund. If weather or sea conditions make it unsafe to sail, we will offer a new date or a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Client obligations and safety
During the trip, guests must follow the skipper's instructions at all times; the skipper is responsible for navigation and safety and may change the route or return to port for safety reasons. Conduct that endangers people or the vessel is not permitted.
6. Liability and insurance
The vessel carries the mandatory civil liability insurance. Rent Boat Marbella is not liable for loss of personal belongings or damage resulting from failure to follow the skipper's instructions.
7. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Marbella (Málaga), unless consumer regulations provide otherwise.
