The data you provide when requesting a booking or contacting us: full name, email, phone number and the details of your trip (date, guests, special requests). We do not collect special categories of data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to manage your enquiry and booking (performance of a contract), to answer questions (legitimate interest) and, only with your consent, to send commercial communications.

4. Retention and recipients

We keep data for the duration of the relationship and any applicable legal periods. We do not share data with third parties except where legally required or with providers necessary for the service (e.g. payment platform), under data-processing agreements.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@rentboatmarbella.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
